PORTFOLIO COMPANY APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

We understand that the guidance needed by early-stage and startup companies is wholeheartedly different from the assistance most often requested by more mature business concerns. To achieve our goal of providing the most relevant technical assistance (TA) to business owners, applicants follow one of two paths (early-stage/start-up and existing/mature)

Most accelerator portfolio companies are scalable business enterprises with high-growth potential. Qualifications for inclusion include, but are not limited to the following:

Current State of Nevada business license is in good standing.

Operating or residing in the city of Las Vegas

Defined growth strategy that indicates strong potential for accelerated growth in 2-5 years.

EXPECTATIONS OF PORTFOLIO COMPANIES

The Accelerator provides accepted companies with business development services. Our goal is to help business owners achieve their highest potential. To make the greatest impact, portfolio companies and business owners should understand some of the expectations:

The business owner will work closely with the Accelerator to develop a business strategy that defines where your business will play and how it will successfully execute its strategy.

The business owner has a willingness to confidentially share financials, strategy, processes, and other key company data.

The business must strategically align with the Accelerator’s four-year goal of creating an additional 1,000 new jobs and $50 million in aggregate annual sales among our portfolio companies.

Once you are a portfolio company, you will be assigned an advisor that will support you with any and all of your growth needs, which might include:

Capital Sourcing: Due-Diligence Support, Bank/Traditional and Non-Traditional Fundraising/ Networking Support, Technical Fundraising Prep, and Ongoing Coaching

Operational Support: Strategic Growth, Acquisition Comprehensive Analysis, Accounting, Financial Statement Reporting, Website Design, Social Media Management.

Strategic Partnership: Corporations/Foundation Networking, Customer Identification, Supplier Related Opportunities, Corporate and Government Procurement Opportunities
